Key activities
We are looking for a motivated Trainee to join our Sales team. In this position you ensure a smooth and consistent sales cycle for our fast-growing B2B business. This is the ideal opportunity to start your career in technical Sales! In this position you will:
  • Support our Sales Representatives in servicing clients and prospects
  • Ensure our CRM system data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Prepare data and reports to help EMnifys sales team with the improvement of our workflows
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding it and answering questions
  • Coordinate logistics by entering requests, placing orders and notifying customers
  • Support us with overseeing billing issues and contract preparation
What are we looking for:
  • Graduate of economic studies/business science or similar
  • Some first-hand experience in a supporting sales role ideally in B2B e. g. through an internship
  • Interest and eagerness to learn about the telecom industry, IoT/M2M and/or Cloud based technologies
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace and changing environment
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English, any additional language is a big plus e.g. Italian, French, Spanish, German etc.
Bonus points:
  • Understanding of Salesforce and ticketing systems
  • Work experience in a customer-facing role in B2B/SaaS
