- Scheduling meetings for your field sales colleagues in France
- Following up with leads and assigning them to the proper sales person
- Developing, running and monitoring marketing email campaigns
- Supporting orderbird marketing efforts by assisting online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns
- Engaging with prospects via web chat and telephone
- Near-native French and fluent English skills (bonus points for good German)
- Proficiency with internet tools and research
- Energy and desire to make numerous (30+) phone calls daily
- Ability and aptitude to perform high level demonstrations
- ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business opportunities
- Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers and partners
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
- Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
