You will be joining the "Automated Accounting Academy" which tackles the pain of manual bookkeeping by offering a fully-automized solution to make Accounting beautifully simple.

Your playing field at Gini
  • Your mission is to develop and drive a product vision and roadmap in accordance with our company strategy
  • You will strategically develop and enhance our product by fully understanding our market as well as our partners' needs
  • You will define and prioritize our product backlog and focus on the most important tasks with self initiative
  • You will support your team in staying on track by bringing in leadership and product expertise
  • You will navigate between the business and technical side of things and support our various teams with your product knowledge
Your profile
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a product manager/owner and have a track record of building successful products
  • You have a strong understanding of developing APIs or technical platforms and deep knowledge of lean startup methods
  • You understand the market like no other and love digging deep in order to thoroughly understand what the user wants and needs
  • You are a long-term thinking strategist and a process-addict with the right pinch of curiosity to experiment with new ideas
  • You preferably have already lead a team and have some product coach/consultant experience
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, both in English and in German
