Improve our processes
We trust our employees and encourage them to take on responsibility from day one. In our team you will assume responsibility for the development and improvement of the procedures in our industry ecosystem. Your prior experience with energy market tools and processes will ensure that you are able to automate and optimise everything we do. You’ll be the hub for all procedural topics in relation to our offer – using your passion for innovation and technology to drive our processes forward as precisely and flawlessly as possible. Crucially, you really get a kick out of understanding and optimizing complicated processes and make it easy for everyone else to work with them.
Manage our partners
As our Business Operations Manager you’ll be monitoring the performance of both our existing, and our potential partners. You’ll be reviewing data to gain a deeper understanding of the processes under your supervision, and ensuring their performance is in line with our vision. This relationship is crucial to our operation, and you will be crucial for ensuring a successful collaboration with our partners.
Inspire long-term change
While process improvement and partner management are most pressing right now, we want to change the way energy works for good. So if you are the kind of person who can affect regulatory change, we would be very happy for you to proactively lobby to deliver regulatory changes to the energy market in support of 4hundreds strategic direction.
What you offer
You have a considerable amount of operational experience from a Startup, independent energy firm or consultancy background. The passion you have for innovation and tech should be matched by your proven track record in operational excellence and process automation.
As an independent problem solver, you are more than happy approaching challenging new tasks, always working ‘hands-on’ towards tangible objectives. Project Management comes natural to you, as well as confidently engaging and interacting with stakeholders across the business.
You have deep knowledge in some of our key topics (balancing, market communication, energy data management, prognosis and procurement). Don’t worry if you don’t know it all, as long as you have a burning desire to further your knowledge on the rest.
You thrive in an international environment and have excellent English skills as well as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science or a related field.
