As a Director of Software Engineering you will:
- Ensure that inne’s software interface gives our customers the greatest insight into their female health
- Be responsible for our software engineering teams – including mobile Apps, Backend, DevOps, and AI
- Overlook the software architecture, code quality, quality management and deployment processes of all software-related areas
- Lead and grow our software teams
- Ramp up internal teams to insource agency-led development areas
- Strong backend engineer with experience at scale and the ability to work credibly in frontend, devops and machine learning
- 7 or more years in managing software teams in an agile environment
- end to end product lifecycle experience
- University degree in computer science or similar

Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (m/f/x)

HeavenHR offers a cloud-based HR software to its customers. Our goal is to help companies save time and focus on what they’re really good at. From onboarding to payroll, we connect all separate HR processes into a single and easy-to-use platform.
We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (m/f/x) to join us as soon as possible. The position is based in our office in Berlin’s trendy Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg. Please note that this is a full-time position.
- Owning our QA efforts: developing metrics to track quality and making sure we improve on these metrics
- Working with PMs and team leads to define development processes that ensure quality
- Writing and improving automated tests
- Wherever needed, testing the product manually
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant industry experience
- 3+ years of experience as a developer or QA Engineer
- Experience writing test plans and test automation

Full Stack Cloud Engineer (m/f)

By providing our technology as a cloud service, we are disrupting traditional service delivery models. Our customers are Mobile Network Operators, Enterprises and Developers from more than 160 countries.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will improve our unique product and help us build a business critical solutions the growing IoT market needs. We provide our customers with a sophisticated user interface as well as APIs to enable them to create and manage their own virtual mobile network. You will be working with your team to build new APIs, extend the functionality of our current APIs and build great looking UX optimized UI modules for those APIs and deploy all of that infrastructure in an automated way after running it through your automated tests. Your goal is to deploy every feature.
- Develop our internal and external UIs using Angular 7, RxJS and Bootstrap
- Develop our internal and external APIs using Lambda, DynamoDB and API Gateway
- Design, implement and test single-page applications that improve the user experience
- Create a continuous delivery stream for UI and API deployments using pipelines
- Write automated deployment configuration in Terraform or Serverless to deploy
your code and infrastructure - Integrate with other modern web platform API’s like Maps, Payment, Analytics…
- Contribute to a self-empowered scrum team with talented colleagues

Site Reliability Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (m/f) who will contribute to building our platform in AWS and provide support to our customers with the cloud-related issues. The position is based in EMnify’s offices in Wuerzburg or Berlin.
We are looking for new employees to join us starting with April.
- Help to create a strong SRE organisation within EMnify and to spread SRE and DevOps values and culture
- Work with fellow SREs and Telecom engineers to deliver a world-class connectivity platform
- Scale out our AWS-based mobile core network setups and make them robust enough to handle hundreds of millions of devices
- Create automation for deployments, testing and previously manual tasks
- Build effective monitoring and observability systems to catch errors while avoiding alert fatigue
- Act as a consultant for the development teams to deliver software with operability and scalability built in right from the beginning
- Investigate and contribute to solving complex production issues
- Knowledge about software development processes or automation experience with any language other than Bash
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and maintaining cloud environments at scale, preferably on AWS and via Terraform
- CI/CD approaches successfully applied to infrastructure code
- Solid know-how about networking and running JVM-based applications on Linux
- Passion for IoT and M2M products and markets and deep understanding of SaaS and cloud-based business models
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on, team- and customer-oriented personality.
