Your position

We are looking for a visionary and market-oriented Product Manager who is keen on driving EMnify’s technology to the next level. The position is located in Berlin with some travel required.

What you’ll be doing:

A Product Manager (m/f) drives new products & features from idea to execution by managing the entire product life cycle from inception through implementation to go-to-market.

  • Develop and drive a company specific product management process, tools, and related policies
  • Bring new features and services to market by directly cooperating with our R&D, sales, and marketing departments. Product management owns the design of product and features, including business-modelling and pricing
  • In cooperation with our Product Marketeers and Sales, develop and maintain EMnify’s competitive advantage by gathering and prioritizing market requirements, developing our Product Vision and translating these into actionable items
  • Transfer our Product Vision internally by writing user stories in coordination with our Technical Product Management
  • Ensure quality of EMnify’s new features by regularly collecting feedback and validating business problems from internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor degree or more in engineering, business, or economics
  • 3-5 years’ experience in how to create a great user experience
  • Passion for SaaS, PaaS, Telecoms, and/or M2M/IoT domains
  • Knowhow or at least a strong interest in hw to successfully execute a PaaS/SaaS business model
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English, any other additional language, e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, is a plus
  • Experience with Scrum is a plus

Your position

We are looking for a creative and motivated Paid Search Marketing Manager to support our Berlin office and thereby build and grow our IoT (Internet of Things) business. You will promote our compelling product to international markets. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our rapidly growing business and personally develop in a scaling business environment. The position provides a unique chance for a hands-on person to drive the go-to-market efforts of our exciting product to new levels.

Key activities

  • Work together with the marketing and sales teams to create optimised landing pages to attract potential customers
  • Implement appropriate A/B testing to ensure the correct methods and tools are being used to achieve maximum ROI
  • Analyze all PPC and Paid Media activity and create bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Have regular meetings with the management to ensure the Paid Media strategy is successfully hitting targets and delivering sufficient ROI

Knowledge & Skills Required:

The perfect candidate for this vacancy will:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Have a Google Adwords Certification
  • Have a proven track record in implementing PPC and Paid Media campaigns that deliver a large ROI
  • Have experience in implementing Paid Media campaigns across key platforms, including Google, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Be an expert in using Google Adwords and Analytics to analyze and improve PPC campaign performance

Your position

We are looking for talented and motivated Junior Sales Representatives to join our team. You will promote our unique product to international markets from our Berlin office. This is the ideal role for you, if you are seeking a new challenge with the ability to learn and grow quickly in a fast-pace start-up atmosphere. A strong interest for sales as well as an eagerness to learn about telecommunication technologies and the IoT is essential.

Key activities

As a Junior Sales Representative you build and nurture relationships, both over the phone and via e-mail, with decision makers. Your mission is to close deals with the help of EMnifys great sales support and marketing team.

  • Present EMnify’s unique product, negotiate and bring to a close
  • Qualify and close in-bound leads from your market
  • Identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Listen closely to identify business needs and goals to determine product-fit and solutions

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong interest in new technologies, the IoT, telecommunications and Cloud solutions
  • Experience in successfully selling on the phone
  • Eloquence and great telephone sales personality skills
  • Strong motivation to learn about new technologies
  • Great English skills plus fluency in an additional language e.g. German, Italian
  • Ambition to build networks in and outside the organization

Bonus points:

  • Experience with technical Sales, especially SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with a CRM/Salesforce

Key Activities: A Customer Success Manager is the CEO of the Account. He/She ensures our international customers from a variety of industries to get the best out of EMnify’s technology:

  • Identify and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues and uncover opportunities for new use cases and customer growth
  • Ensure our customers’ technical enablement and full engagement by coordinating, organizing and managing cross-functionally their onboarding and IoT deployment activities
  • Maximize EMnify’s value for our customers by being their representative within our organization, supporting them with ongoing projects, conveying market trends and ideas, by collaborating closely with our Sales Representatives, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • More than that: Be the trusted advisor and consultant by networking and maintaining trustful relationships with existing customers via telephone and mail, educating them on our technology, making our customers as successful as possible by understanding their specific requirements and roadmaps.
  • Identify indicators and monitor customer account movements and engage with customers if unusual fluctuations occur indicating issues or opportunities to improve the customer’s product or service.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Provide credibility by means of your technical and business education, e.g. industrial, electronics or telecommunications engineering and strong passion for IoT, M2M and Telecom products and markets
  • 3 years in a technology management, pre-/sales role, customer care and/or product management
  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills facing a variety of customer personas, sometimes pro-actively, sometimes listening first, however always with a commercial, service-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of cloud and SaaS business models, you enjoy communicating with a technical audience
  • Analytical and KPI-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize while handling multiple activity streams at the same time
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English + another European Language (eg Spanish, French, German).

  • Project leader during on-boarding phase of key customers
  • Be responsible for managing the accounts of our key customers throughout the entire life-cycle
  • Identify and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues and uncover opportunities for new use cases and customer growth
  • Ensure our customers’ technical enablement and full engagement by coordinating, organising and managing cross-functionally their IoT deployment activities

  • Understanding of cloud and SaaS business models, you enjoy communicating with a technical audience.

  • ITIL certification would be a plus.
