About Your Team

We are convinced that we can only master our challenges with a functioning team – the founding team previously held management positions at Rocket InternetMcKinsey and Zalando. In Vienna, your colleagues gained experience at Amazon, Flixbus, and MrsSporty.
Around 15 employees make up our young, dynamic and international team. And when we’re not building the biggest marketplace for services in Europe, we like to go out for a beer or enjoy a meal together after work.

Your job

You will work on an ambitious project and create scalable and predictable growth. We are a classic marketplace with supply and demand – if we grow, it’s thanks to you – because growth is your responsibility. Your tasks:

  • You define KPIs, plan strategies and write regular reports.
  • You regularly manage and try out new channels (performance marketing, email marketing, SEO)
  • Negotiate new partnerships and be responsible for impact and ROI
  • You optimize ProntoPro’s performance: Whether through automation, CRO or A/B Tests

Your position

We are looking for hands-on and passionate professionals with a high customer-orientation and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to join our 24/7 (Network Access/Roaming) Operations organization as a Telecom Implementation Engineer (m/f).

What you’ll be doing

  • Take full responsibility for implementation projects from planning to production, covering i.e. International Roaming Agreements (IREG/TADIG unilateral)
  • Analysis and update of commercial and technical details (IR.21, AA.14, IOTs, EMnify Tariff Plans)
  • Monitor Service Quality and KPIs
  • Troubleshoot service issues, tracing and analysis of signaling (SS7/diameter) and data (GRX)
  • Collaborate with our technical customer support, mobile core operations and commercial roaming team
  • Create and document processes and implementations

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor or higher in information technology, communications engineering, or computer engineering
  • 4-7 years’ experience in Telecoms, preferably Roaming/IoT/M2M
  • Be solution-oriented with a strong commitment to finish projects
  • Hands-on experience in RDBMS (e.g. MySQL)
  • Basic skill level in Linux
  • Knowledgeable in SMS routing (SS7, SMPP)
  • Experience with Core Switches (e.g. Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei)
  • Knowledge in Signalling protocol suites (MAP, GTP, S6)
  • Hands-on experience with IP routing and troubleshooting, at least CCNA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with different mobile core technologies (CS Core, PS Core, EPC)
  • Can analyze call traces using wireshark
  • Good in analysis of graphs, big data, determining trends; advanced understanding of statistics and event correlations.
  • Be hungry to learn new technologies and keep your knowledge up to date
  • Be willing to work in shifts
  • Savvy in communication and presentation to internal and external
  • Excellent language skills in English (speaking & writing), any other language is a plus.

Your position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated VP Service Delivery (m/f) who will build and manage our globally distributed service delivery teams. You will be a key member of our management team with a focus on ensuring the high quality and reliability of all our technical operations. The position provides a unique chance for a hands-on person, with managerial experience, to drive the strategy for maintaining and operating our global service delivery infrastructure in public and private cloud environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and manage globally distributed service delivery teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia; including three subunits: Network Operations Centre (NOC), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Roaming Implementation and Integration (NAO)
  • Lead and develop the operations team – recruit top engineering talent and encourage your team members by leading, mentoring, and coaching them
  • Shape and develop competitive service strategies and translate them into operational short- and long-term plans with the aim of ensuring the high quality of our services
  • Lead the ongoing design and maintenance of our world-class infrastructure
  • Enhance escalation procedures and workflows for the timely resolution of all issues within your areas of responsibility
  • Create an organisation and infrastructure to support highest industry-standard SLA requirements.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Several years’ experience in operations, service delivery, infrastructure design or a similar role in public and private cloud environments
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud-based IaaS stacks like AWS, Azure or Google Compute Engine
  • You are a cloud-native person who lives and breathes for the cloud
  • Strong hands-on experience in site reliability engineering
  • Experience in running highly-available/real-time online transaction services
  • Have built and led large global service delivery teams, with people management responsibilities including hiring and performance management
  • Experience working with big B2B customers
  • Preferably knowledge and insights into telecommunication and/or IoT.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Product Manager E-Commerce who will drive the product development and help us take EMnify to a new level. Key activities

A Technical Product Manager E-Commerce drives new products & features development and communicates with customers effectively to discuss the technical aspects of our product.

  • Drive product development through analysis of business requirements and design
  • Drive the implementation and release of technical side of the product, processes and services
  • Manage the product backlog within the scrum process to put the product roadmap into effect
  • Understand our business customers, their needs, and bridge between them and other related departments
  • Communicate with business clients to discuss commercial aspects
  • Develop and drive a company specific product management process, tools, and related policies
  • Act as a go to expert for features and for product
  • Work closely with engineers to define and execute initiatives and solutions
  • Bring new features and services to market by directly cooperating with the entire product team, sales, and marketing departments
  • Ensure new features’ quality based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or economics
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management
  • Previous B2B experience
  • Passion for SaaS, PaaS, Telecoms, and/ or M2M/ IoT domains
  • Deep technical understanding of disruptive technologies, like cloud computing, IoT, network protocols, development frameworks etc.
  • Experience with leading and structuring effective brainstorming and strategic conversations
  • Ability to communicate well in 1:1 and group meetings and to deliver presentations
  • Experience with writing user stories for small and big features
  • Familiarity with user science tools and AB testing
  • Experience with Scrum
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English. Any other additional language, e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, is a plus
