Your position

We are looking for talented and motivated Country Sales Manager to join our team. You will promote our unique product to the Scandinavian market from our Berlin office or remotely. This is the ideal role for you, if you are seeking a new challenge with the ability to learn and grow quickly in a fast-pace start-up atmosphere. A passion for sales as well as the eagerness to learn about telecommunication technologies and the IoT is essential.

Your responsibilities:

As a Country Sales Manager you build and nurture relationships, both over the phone and via e-mail, with decision makers. Your mission is to close deals with the help of EMnifys great sales support and marketing team.

  • Present EMnify’s unique product, negotiate and bring to a close
  • Qualify and close in-bound leads from your market
  • Identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Listen closely to identify business needs and goals to determine product-fit and solutions
  • Provide information on the state of your pipeline by updating our CRM regularly

Your profile:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong interest in new technologies, the IoT, telecommunications and Cloud solutions
  • Experience in successfully selling on the phone
  • Eloquence and great telephone sales personality skills
  • Strong motivation to learn about new technologies
  • Great English skills plus fluency in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
  • Ambition to build networks in and outside our company

Bonus points:

  • Experience in technical sales, especially SaaS/Cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with a CRM (we use Salesforce)

Your responsibilities:

  • Evaluate resumes and conduct phone screens with applicants
  • Take responsibility for the correspondence with our candidates and coordination of interviews
  • Support the planning and execution of recruiting activities like internal events, meet-ups, job fairs and university events
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Maintain and manage our database and Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns

Your profile:

  • 2+ years firsthand experience as a Recruiter
  • Work experience in an international and/or startup environment
  • Awesome communication and interpersonal skills
  • Startup-mentality and a proactive working style, willingness to take ownership
  • Fluency in English – oral and written, German skills are very beneficial!

Bonus points:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
  • Familiarity with an ATS system
  • Experience in coordinating external headhunters
  • Understanding of contract administration and Visa processes

  • Scan and digitize paperwork within our finance team
  • Maintain and update our Excel sheets and our Sharepoint with relevant data

Your profile:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Channel Sales Manager Telecoms to support our Berlin office and thereby build and grow our IoT (Internet of things) Business and who will lead all aspects of the relationship with telecoms who are utilizing our Infrastructure as a Service.

You will be the main commercial point of contact for our telecom customers, helping them to successfully deal with business opportunities and generally supporting their sales activities.

Your position

We are looking for a market-oriented and passionate SIM Card Technical Consultant who will drive new strategies from idea to execution and manage our partnerships with UICC/USIM vendors. This position provides a unique chance for a hands-on person with the technical SIM management experience to help our business grow and to improve our product. This is a permanent position located in Wurzburg/Berlin with some travel required.

Your responsibilities:

KEY ACTIVITIES: A SIM Card Technical Consultant (m/f) drives new strategies from idea to execution and manages our partnerships with UICC/USIM vendors.

  • Be responsible for day to day operational management of SIM vendors relations
  • Manipulate/update UICC file systems using OTA strategies
  • Steer and validate BAP processes
  • Create input files and number/allocate the resource management
  • Create our USIM Profile strategy, define and manage USIM profiles for different channel partners
  • Define the strategy of sim specification, implement and maintain it for different channel partners and vendors
  • Give technical support for customers with hardware problems (GMS Modules & Embedded Devices) in relation to our UICC/USIM and manage our relationship with hardware vendors.

 

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working in the area of technical SIM management
  • Extensive hands-on experience and deep understanding of UICC file system and BAP processes
  • Hands-on experience on how to manipulate/update UICC file systems using OTA technologies
  • Passion for SaaS, PaaS, Telecoms, and/or M2M/IoT domains
  • Knowhow or at least a strong interest in how to successfully execute a PaaS/SaaS business model
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English
