Your position

As our Media, Analyst and PR Manager you will conduct continuous outreach to the media, including thought leadership initiatives, product announcements, and pitches around editorial calendars. In addition, you will maintain relationships with key industry analysts and set up briefings to inform them of our corporate and product activities and news. Last but not least, you will promote EMnify’s disruptive innovation by submitting editorials, sourcing speaking opportunities for executives, and engaging in industry forums and through relevant social media channels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Promote EMnify executives for media interviews and speaking opportunities
  • Write news releases, articles, and other press materials to media outlets and coordinate interviews
  • Engage with key industry associations, forums and influential bloggers
  • Coordinate inbound requests for briefings (press, analysts, …)
  • Write and maintain the media kit
  • Brief analysts regularly on company and product news, maintain strong relationships

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of PR and/or AR experience, preferably in IT or telecoms; IoT knowledge a plus
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills in English
  • Natural story-teller
  • Network of media and analyst contacts
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within organization
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in fast-paced, high growth environments

Your position

As Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving demand for the EMnify solution internationally. You have a proven track record in generating a constant flow of quality leads through inbound campaigns, as well as in-depth knowledge in optimizing conversions and making data actionable. You will also take performance marketing beyond acquisition to foster customer engagement and retention. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of an excellent team of high performers, disrupting the IoT market.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the strategic growth of all our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI targeting both Enterprises and CSPs.
  • Hands-on approach for running performance marketing campaigns supporting search, display, social, and video.
  • You define and develop our attribution models and allocate our marketing investment to the most impactful channels.
  • Regular reporting to analyze and track campaigns against set objectives and KPIs.
  • You work closely with various other stakeholders such as the Sales, Customer Success and Product Management teams, as well as with designers, brand and content marketing.
  • Keep abreast and advise on industry best practice, changes and opportunities.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience at a B2B software or technology company, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record to plan, implement, control and optimize demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce and HubSpot a plus.
  • Good understanding of B2B customer journeys and lead nurturing.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS coding a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, additional languages a plus.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in fast-paced environments.

As Content Marketing Manager, you will be creating quality content across all channels to educate B2B audiences about the Internet of Things and the EMnify solution specifically. You have a proven track record in tailoring copy relevant to each stage of the buyer’s journey and excel in translating technical features and capabilities into stories which resonate with diverse audiences.

Your responsibilities:

  • Write copy for blogs and social media, the EMnify website, landing pages, sales and marketing collateral (e.g. case studies and customer use cases), emails, presentations.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders such as the Sales, Customer Success and Product Management teams, as well as with designers, digital and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute on an editorial calendar.
  • Create a set of metrics to benchmark our content marketing efforts.

Your profile:

  • Proven track record as a copywriter or technical writer, preferably in B2B technology.
  • Great storyteller.
  • Good understanding of tailoring copy to stages in the buyer’s journey.
  • Experience in SEO/keyword optimizing copy.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications technology, IoT, and SaaS is a plus. As would be a background in a technical product marketing role.
  • Knowledge in specific B2B market segments would be a plus.

Your position

As our Product Marketing Manager (m/f), you are the glue that ties our product strategy to audiences and markets, helping us to support EMnify’s ambitious growth. You will navigate between product management, R&D, and marketing and sales, and play a vital role in our go-to-market strategy and audience-specific communication. This is a senior role, requiring a very good understanding of the telecoms industry and technical audiences globally.

Your responsibilities:

  • You gather and analyze market intelligence and be the expert on our customers and partners: who they are, how they buy, and what their buying criteria are. You guide Sales and Marketing on your findings.
  • You gather and analyze competitive intelligence for accurate and confident strategic decision-making regarding market opportunity, positioning, and development.
  • You create compelling customer facing materials that represent the EMnify service in the best possible way across all channels and tools.
  • You support the creation of effective marketing materials, like how-to videos, use-cases, webinars, white papers, and business cases to engage and educate our customers.
  • You translate technical language into audience-relevant messages and help our internal teams understanding what EMnify’s unique service is about.
  • Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify the most relevant insights from customer, partner, and market data to enable world-class user experiences from product through to marketing.
  • You act as a thought leader for EMnify’s technology including speaking engagements, analyst and press briefings.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing. Strong understanding of the IoT, M2M and Telecom markets, and IoT products specifically.
  • Outstanding writing and communications skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in positioning technical products for different target groups and creating relevant and compelling product information.
  • Solid understanding about Evolved Packet Core, components and signaling.
  • Ability to express and convey the benefits of cloud managed services compared to traditional infrastructures.
  • You’re constantly educating yourself to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Enthusiasm for technical use cases and how to adapt them to different target groups.
  • Ability to communicate convincingly on all levels and to various audiences.
