Your playing field at Gini

  • Your mission is to drive Gini’s growth by actively shaping our sales organization and enabling the sales team to reach ambitious goals
  • You will guide, coach, and mentor every individual of the sales team and monitor the team’s performance
  • You will reshape and challenge the existing sales strategy and map it to the individual capabilities of all team members
  • You will be responsible for big deals and the increase of profit

  • You possess deep knowledge in both New Sales and Key Account Management and have experience in planning and executing a successful sales strategy

What you will do

Our modern tech stack includes Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Heroku, Amazon AWS/S3 and Jenkins. We use GitHub, Jira and Slack for release management, issue management and collaboration. You will be part of our small software development team. You will collaborate with product management and senior management in order to successfully clarify specification and prioritize features. You will develop software in short sprints and create documentation.


We’re looking for someone who is already comfortable across various layers of the web stack and eager to learn additional technologies as necessary.

You should care a lot about product and user experience and take responsibility for thinking like a user. We’re looking for people who don’t rely on a designer or product manager to figure UX stuff out for them.

  • A motivated self starter with an active “can do” attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, with an impeccable integrity
  • Hands-on experience with Python3 and eager to improve himself everyday
  • A good understanding of database structures, software architecture and design patterns
  • Good English (written and verbal) is a must. German skills are not required
  • Huge plus if you are familiar with frontend, especially React

About Your Team

Your job

Your position

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will improve our unique product and help us build a business critical solutions the growing IoT market needs. We provide our customers with a sophisticated user interface as well as APIs to enable them to create and manage their own virtual mobile network. You will be working with your team to build new APIs, extend the functionality of our current APIs and build great looking UX optimized UI modules for those APIs and deploy all of that infrastructure in an automated way after running it through your automated tests. Your goal is to deploy every feature.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop our internal and external UIs using Angular 7, RxJS and Bootstrap
  • Develop our internal and external APIs using Lambda, DynamoDB and API Gateway
  • Design, implement and test single-page applications that improve the user experience
  • Create a continuous delivery stream for UI and API deployments using pipelines
  • Write automated deployment configuration in Terraform or Serverless to deploy
    your code and infrastructure
  • Integrate with other modern web platform API’s like Maps, Payment, Analytics…
  • Contribute to a self-empowered scrum team with talented colleagues
  • Learn new technology and steer the way our product is developed

Your profile:

  • High motivation and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent understanding and min. 3 years of work experience with:
    ◦ Angular 2+, Typescript and RxJS (Reactive Programming)
    ◦ Developing microservices in Node.js or Python
