Your position

As our Product Marketing Manager (m/f), you are the glue that ties our product strategy to audiences and markets, helping us to support EMnify’s ambitious growth. You will navigate between product management, R&D, and marketing and sales, and play a vital role in our go-to-market strategy and audience-specific communication. This is a senior role, requiring a very good understanding of the telecoms industry and technical audiences globally.

Your responsibilities:

  • You gather and analyze market intelligence and be the expert on our customers and partners: who they are, how they buy, and what their buying criteria are. You guide Sales and Marketing on your findings.
  • You gather and analyze competitive intelligence for accurate and confident strategic decision-making regarding market opportunity, positioning, and development.
  • You create compelling customer facing materials that represent the EMnify service in the best possible way across all channels and tools.
  • You support the creation of effective marketing materials, like how-to videos, use-cases, webinars, white papers, and business cases to engage and educate our customers.
  • You translate technical language into audience-relevant messages and help our internal teams understanding what EMnify’s unique service is about.
  • Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify the most relevant insights from customer, partner, and market data to enable world-class user experiences from product through to marketing.
  • You act as a thought leader for EMnify’s technology including speaking engagements, analyst and press briefings.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing. Strong understanding of the IoT, M2M and Telecom markets, and IoT products specifically.
  • Outstanding writing and communications skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in positioning technical products for different target groups and creating relevant and compelling product information.
  • Solid understanding about Evolved Packet Core, components and signaling.
  • Ability to express and convey the benefits of cloud managed services compared to traditional infrastructures.
  • You’re constantly educating yourself to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Enthusiasm for technical use cases and how to adapt them to different target groups.
  • Ability to communicate convincingly on all levels and to various audiences.

Your position

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (m/f) who will contribute to building our platform in AWS and provide support to our customers with the cloud-related issues. The position is based in EMnify’s offices in Wuerzburg or Berlin.

We are looking for new employees to join us starting with April.

Your responsibilities:

  • Help to create a strong SRE organisation within EMnify and to spread SRE and DevOps values and culture
  • Work with fellow SREs and Telecom engineers to deliver a world-class connectivity platform
  • Scale out our AWS-based mobile core network setups and make them robust enough to handle hundreds of millions of devices
  • Create automation for deployments, testing and previously manual tasks
  • Build effective monitoring and observability systems to catch errors while avoiding alert fatigue
  • Act as a consultant for the development teams to deliver software with operability and scalability built in right from the beginning
  • Investigate and contribute to solving complex production issues

Your profile:

  • Knowledge about software development processes or automation experience with any language other than Bash
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and maintaining cloud environments at scale, preferably on AWS and via Terraform
  • CI/CD approaches successfully applied to infrastructure code
  • Solid know-how about networking and running JVM-based applications on Linux
  • Passion for IoT and M2M products and markets and deep understanding of SaaS and cloud-based business models
  • Fluency in English
  • Hands-on, team- and customer-oriented personality.

We are looking for talented and motivated Country Sales Manager to join our team. You will promote our unique product to the Scandinavian market from our Berlin office or remotely. This is the ideal role for you, if you are seeking a new challenge with the ability to learn and grow quickly in a fast-pace start-up atmosphere. A passion for sales as well as the eagerness to learn about telecommunication technologies and the IoT is essential.

Your responsibilities:

As a Country Sales Manager you build and nurture relationships, both over the phone and via e-mail, with decision makers. Your mission is to close deals with the help of EMnifys great sales support and marketing team.

  • Present EMnify’s unique product, negotiate and bring to a close
  • Qualify and close in-bound leads from your market
  • Identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Listen closely to identify business needs and goals to determine product-fit and solutions
  • Provide information on the state of your pipeline by updating our CRM regularly

Your profile:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong interest in new technologies, the IoT, telecommunications and Cloud solutions
  • Experience in successfully selling on the phone
  • Eloquence and great telephone sales personality skills
  • Strong motivation to learn about new technologies
  • Great English skills plus fluency in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
  • Ambition to build networks in and outside our company

Bonus points:

  • Experience in technical sales, especially SaaS/Cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with a CRM (we use Salesforce)

  • Evaluate resumes and conduct phone screens with applicants

Your profile:

  • 2+ years firsthand experience as a Recruiter

Your responsibilities:

  • Check if our existing contracts and documents are complete and up to date
  • Scan and digitize paperwork within our finance team
  • Maintain and update our Excel sheets and our Sharepoint with relevant data

Your profile:

  • A background in business administration or economics, legal, journalism, sciences (or related fields) either through studying or through an apprenticeship
  • You are able to support us 6 weeks full-time in our office in central Berlin
