Your position

As a B2B Lead Generation Specialist, you will have a vital role in driving demand for the EMnify solution internationally. You will help us grow our business by playing an integral part in designing and executing successful lead generation programmes. The position provides a unique chance for a senior person with great analytical skills and a self-driven attitude. You will report to the Head of Marketing and be a part of an excellent team of high performers, disrupting the IoT market.

Key activities

  • Responsibility for the strategic growth of all our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI targeting both Enterprises and CSPs
  • Design, deploy, measure and refine lead generation campaigns (PPC, e-mail, social media)
  • Define buyer personas and design the customer journey
  • Set up and modify landing pages by defining and executing A/B tests
  • Forecast budgetary requirements and impact by translating business requirements from other departments into budgetary ones

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Consistent and proven track record of successful B2B lead generation campaigns with a high ROI in a SaaS industry sector
  • Minimum 6 years of comparable experience
  • Ability to utilize existing knowledge gained in years of successful marketing activities
  • Experience using analytical tools to derive actionable intelligence from data and present it (including ROI/CAC), for example: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar
  • Deep understanding of SEO (both technical and content)
  • Good understanding of Salesforce.com, including sales processes and stages as well as leads/accounts/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of SERPs: click rates, layout and CTAs
  • Strong e-mail marketing experience with setting up, executing and analysing campaigns and targeting all stages of the customers’ journey would be a plus
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Highly intelligent and with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of customer needs in order to improve targeting, CTAs, accelerate conversion and improve customer relevance
  • A capability of interacting with other departments (sales/operations) and co-workers in marketing
  • Highly performance- driven and goal oriented
  • Willingness to work hard, especially in the beginning in order to kickstart the engine
  • Ability to handle a high amount of pressure
  • Driven by the need to continuously improve yourself and your performance

Your position

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Commercial Product Manager who will drive product development processes and nurture the EMnify’s brand, as well as liaise with our business partners. This is your chance to shape, develop and improve our features. The position is based in Wurzburg/Berlin and involves some travel.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shape and improve the EMnify product
  • Drive product development and design through analysis of business requirements
  • Build and execute the pricing strategy based on data analysis and market research
  • Understand our business customers, their needs, and bridge between them and other departments
  • Communicate with business clients to discuss commercial aspects
  • Act as a go-to expert for features and for product
  • Work closely with engineers to define and execute initiatives and solutions
  • Bring new features and services to market by directly cooperating with the entire product team, sales, and marketing departments
  • Ensure new features’ quality based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders

What experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or economics
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management
  • Passion for SaaS, PaaS, Telecoms and/or M2M/IoT
  • High-level understanding of technical principles like cloud computing, IoT, network protocols, development frameworks, etc.
  • Experience with leading and structuring effective brainstorming and strategic conversations
  • Ability to communicate well in 1:1 and group meetings and to deliver presentations
  • Experience with writing user stories for small and big features
  • Familiarity with user science tools and AB testing
  • Experience with Scrum
  • Excellent oral and written English skills. Any other additional language, e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, is a plus

  • Driving complex process creation from concept through to adoption
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to handle very detailed and interrelated projects
  • Demonstrable ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making from a clear understanding of the business
  • Preferably with technology and/ or software products
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Preferred knowledge of SQL

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the strategic growth of all our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI targeting both Enterprises and CSPs.
  • Hands-on approach for running performance marketing campaigns supporting search, display, social, and video.
  • You define and develop our attribution models and allocate our marketing investment to the most impactful channels.
  • Regular reporting to analyze and track campaigns against set objectives and KPIs.
  • You work closely with various other stakeholders such as the Sales, Customer Success and Product Management teams, as well as with designers, brand and content marketing.
  • Keep abreast and advise on industry best practice, changes and opportunities.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience at a B2B software or technology company, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record to plan, implement, control and optimize demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce and HubSpot a plus.
  • Good understanding of B2B customer journeys and lead nurturing.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS coding a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, additional languages a plus.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in fast-paced environments.
