Your position

We are looking for an experienced manager of customer support with experience in operations also – With a passion for solving customers’ issues and relentlessly driving internal process improvements to provide best in class support experience to our customers.

Key activities

As a manager of our customer support and operations team you will be responsible for the day to day healthy running of our customer support machine. Above all maintain best in class CSAT levels.

  • Driving excellence in ticket management
  • Ensuring best in class customer satisfaction
  • Encourage process excellence and improvement projects
  • Create and promote customer engagement of knowledge base articles
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to drive excellence in our internal processes
  • Be responsible for collaboration of internal team and tier 3 escalation
  • Be responsible for escalation management
  • Create a culture of passion for IoT technology and our platform

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Provide credibility by means of your technical and business education, e.g. industrial, electronics or telecommunications engineering and strong passion for IoT, M2M and Telecom products and markets.
  • 5 years management experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Proven track record in managing and promoting growth within team members
  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills facing a variety of customer personas, sometimes pro-actively, sometimes listening first, however always with a commercial, service-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of cloud and SaaS business models, you enjoy communicating with a technical audience.
  • Analytical and KPI-driven mindset, with the ability to create clear concise management reports with aligned improvement initiatives
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English are a must. Along with an additional language aligned to one of our growth markets
  • Lean 6 sigma would be a plus

Your position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated New Account Business Development Director to join our company either in our Berlin office or remotely to win new accounts and grow them. You will help us grow our business by playing an integral part in generating new sales and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers. The position provides a unique chance for a hands-on person with great communication skills.

Key activities

  • Win new big key accounts and develop strong long-term relationships
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Develop and implement an action plan for how key account will achieve targets, identify specific actions to improve profit and grow the business
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success Management teams to identify a set of high-opportunity key accounts
  • Conduct regular reviews of business performance and deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Have a minimum of 3+ years experience working in account management and business development
  • Proven track record in managing and closing deals with big B2B customers – you sold to large enterprise customers and build a network with decision makers
  • Understanding of IoT/SaaS solutions; comfortable discussing technical and commercial topics, preferably knowledge and insight into telecommunication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus
  • In case of working remotely you are able to visit the Berlin office for 2 days per week

Your position

As a Head of Digital Marketing, you will have a vital role in driving demand for the EMnify solution internationally. You will help us grow our business by playing an integral part in designing and executing successful lead generation programmes. The position provides a unique chance for a senior person with great analytical skills and a self-driven attitude. You will report to the VP Growth and be a part of an excellent team of high performers, disrupting the IoT market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsibility for the strategic growth of all our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI targeting both Enterprises and CSPs
  • Design, deploy, measure and refine lead generation campaigns (PPC, e-mail, social media)
  • Define buyer personas and design the customer journey
  • Set up and modify landing pages by defining and executing A/B tests
  • Forecast budgetary requirements and impact by translating business requirements from other departments into budgetary ones
  • Develop and extend a small digital marketing team

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Consistent and proven track record of successful B2B lead generation campaigns with a high ROI in a SaaS industry sector
  • Minimum 6 years of comparable experience
  • Ability to utilize existing knowledge gained in years of successful marketing activities
  • Experience using analytical tools to derive actionable intelligence from data and present it (including ROI/CAC), for example: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar
  • Deep understanding of SEO (both technical and content)
  • Good understanding of Salesforce.com, including sales processes and stages as well as leads/accounts/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of SERPs: click rates, layout and CTAs
  • Strong e-mail marketing experience with setting up, executing and analysing campaigns and targeting all stages of the customers’ journey would be a plus
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Highly intelligent and with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of customer needs in order to improve targeting, CTAs, accelerate conversion and improve customer relevance
  • A capability of interacting with other departments (sales/operations) and co-workers in marketing
  • Highly performance- driven and goal oriented
  • Willingness to work hard, especially in the beginning in order to kickstart the engine
  • Ability to handle a high amount of pressure

Dein Profil
