Your position

As a B2B Lead Generation Specialist, you will have a vital role in driving demand for the EMnify solution internationally. You will help us grow our business by playing an integral part in designing and executing successful lead generation programmes. The position provides a unique chance for a senior person with great analytical skills and a self-driven attitude. You will report to the VP Growth and be a part of an excellent team of high performers, disrupting the IoT market.

Key activities

  • Responsibility for the strategic growth of all our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI targeting both Enterprises and CSPs.
  • Hands-on approach for running performance marketing campaigns supporting search, display, social, and email.
  • You define and develop our attribution models and allocate our marketing investment to the most impactful channels.
  • Regular reporting to analyze and track campaigns against set objectives and KPIs.
  • You work closely with various other stakeholders such as the Sales, Customer Success and Product Management teams, as well as with designers, brand and content marketing.
  • Keep abreast and advise on industry best practice, changes and opportunities.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience at a B2B software or technology company, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record to plan, implement, control and optimize demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce and HubSpot a plus.
  • Good understanding of B2B personas, customer journeys and lead nurturing.
  • Analytical and results-orientated mindset.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS coding a plus.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in fast-paced environments.

Deine Position

Zur Unterstützung unseres Finance Teams in Berlin, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Junior Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w) in Teilzeit (25-30 Stunden).
In dieser Position bist Du in unser operatives Tagesgeschäft eingebunden und steuerst deinen persönlichen Teil zu unserer Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Rechnungserstellung – Sicherstellung einer laufenden Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung vertraglich vereinbarter Abrechnungsmodalitäten
  • Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
  • Führung und Pflege der OP-Listen sowie die Klärung von Differenzen
  • Überwachung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Hauptansprechpartner für das interne und externe Debitoren Management
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Kundenkommunikation in englischer Sprache

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder gleichwertige kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
  • Hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Du arbeitest sehr zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich

Ein großes Plus:

  • Kenntnisse von Buchhaltungssoftware (SAP, DATEV, NAV etc.)
  • Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse

Your position

We are seeking for our EMnify office in Berlin for the next possible date a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d). This is a part time (25-30h) – permanent job with an unlimited contract.

Key activities

  • You are in charge of posting customer payments, performing accounts receivable related payments and clarifying discrepancies with customers
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes with our national and international customers
  • You are responsible for the debtor management, including the inhouse collection and active debt collection
  • Prepare and communicate weekly accounts receivable activity through internal reporting
  • Prepare and execute weekly dunning letters
  • Cooperate closely with your colleagues of the Finance department
  • Maintain centralized customer master data

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Preferably you have a completed commercial or financial apprenticeship
  • You have first experience in the field of Finance – especially in Accounts Receivable Accounting
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Proficient writing and speaking skills in English AND German
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High social competence and extraordinary service attitude

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsibility for the strategic growth of all our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI targeting both Enterprises and CSPs
  • Design, deploy, measure and refine lead generation campaigns (PPC, e-mail, social media)
  • Define buyer personas and design the customer journey
  • Set up and modify landing pages by defining and executing A/B tests
  • Forecast budgetary requirements and impact by translating business requirements from other departments into budgetary ones
  • Develop and extend a small digital marketing team

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Consistent and proven track record of successful B2B lead generation campaigns with a high ROI in a SaaS industry sector
  • Minimum 6 years of comparable experience
  • Ability to utilize existing knowledge gained in years of successful marketing activities
  • Experience using analytical tools to derive actionable intelligence from data and present it (including ROI/CAC), for example: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar
  • Deep understanding of SEO (both technical and content)
  • Good understanding of Salesforce.com, including sales processes and stages as well as leads/accounts/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of SERPs: click rates, layout and CTAs
  • Strong e-mail marketing experience with setting up, executing and analysing campaigns and targeting all stages of the customers’ journey would be a plus
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Highly intelligent and with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of customer needs in order to improve targeting, CTAs, accelerate conversion and improve customer relevance
  • A capability of interacting with other departments (sales/operations) and co-workers in marketing
  • Highly performance- driven and goal oriented
  • Willingness to work hard, especially in the beginning in order to kickstart the engine
  • Ability to handle a high amount of pressure
  • Driven by the need to continuously improve yourself and your performance
