Your position

Emnify is currently seeking a motivated Paid Search Specialist with an expertise in B2B Marketing, who is hard working, detailed oriented and has a keen eye for analytics, to join our Berlin team at the next possible starting date.

This position requires an experienced Google Adwords and Analytics Certified specialist who can creatively and effectively manage and optimize PPC and Google display campaigns, along with website content, to generate maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Your responsibilities:

You will work closely with various other stakeholders such as the Sales, Customer Success and Product Management teams, as well as with designers, brand and content marketers, and will:

  • Execute and manage media campaigns which may include SEM, SEO, and Social Media with focus on B2B Marketing
  • Define and develop our attribution models and allocate our marketing investment to the most impactful channels
  • Manage and own PPC strategy towards named accounts
  • Analyze, evaluate, and optimize performance of PPC campaigns
  • Manage campaign timelines, ensure correct campaign billing and requests adjustments based on fulfillment
  • Set up ads across platforms and manage budget
  • Hands-on approach for running performance marketing campaigns supporting search, display, social, and email.
  • Generate reports along with recommendations for improvements
  • Learn new technologies, techniques and industry trends related to Paid and Organic SEO

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience at a B2B software or technology company, preferably in SaaS
  • Significant background in organic and paid search, as well as conversion tracking
  • Solid understanding of Internet marketing strategies and techniques and best practices across SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Knowledge of landing page analysis
  • Good understanding of B2B personas and customer journeys
  • Advanced Google Analytics and Google AdWords experience required; certification preferred
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce and HubSpot a plus
  • Data-driven and results-orientated mindset.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, ability to complete projects within scope and on deadline
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and work well under pressure
  • Eager to learn and developing skills

Your position

Working to enable the broader Customer Success Manager (CSM) team owning our team’s processes on a macro level, making sure all teams are aligned with the strategy for each part of the customer’s journey.

  • Experience in scaling SaaS models
  • Analytical mind with Tableau or Power BI experience (certification preferable)
  • Lean 6 sigma would be a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferable

Your position

A Customer Success Manager is the CEO of the Account. He/She ensures our international customers from a variety of industries get the best out of EMnify’s technology.

Key activities

As an EMnify CSM you will:

  • Identify and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues and uncover opportunities for new use cases as well as drive customer growth
  • Ensure customer technical enablement and full engagement by coordinating, organizing and managing cross-functionally their onboarding and IoT deployment activities
  • Maximize EMnify’s value for our customers by being their representative within our organization, supporting them with ongoing projects, conveying market trends and ideas, by collaborating closely with our Sales Representatives, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Be the trusted adviser and consultant by networking and maintaining trusting relationships with existing customers via telephone and mail, educating them on our technology, making our customers as successful as possible by understanding their specific requirements and roadmaps.
  • Identify indicators and monitor customer account movements and engage with customers if unusual fluctuations occur indicating issues or opportunities to improve the customer’s product or service.

 

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Provide credibility by means of your technical and business education, e.g. industrial, electronics or telecommunications engineering and strong passion for IoT, M2M and Telecom products and markets
  • 3 years in a technology management, pre-/sales role, customer care and/or product management
  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills facing a variety of customer personas, sometimes pro-actively, sometimes listening first, however always with a commercial, service-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of cloud and SaaS business models, you enjoy communicating with a technical audience
  • Analytical and KPI-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize while handling multiple activity streams at the same time
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English + another European Language is a must (e.g. Spanish, French, German).

  • Proven track record in managing and closing deals with big B2B customers – you sold to large enterprise customers and build a network with decision makers
  • Understanding of IoT/SaaS solutions; comfortable discussing technical and commercial topics, preferably knowledge and insight into telecommunication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus
  • In case of working remotely you are able to visit the Berlin office for 2 days per week
