About us

ProntoPro.it is Italy’s largest local-service marketplace. In March 2015 we started out with 2 people and one mission: revolutionizing the local services marketplace in Italy. Since our foundation things went extremely well and we experienced a rapid growth: Two years later we are more than 100 people in our Milan office and are outperforming our Italian competitors.

Now we are expanding our business into Austria and Switzerland and we are looking for brilliant people helping us dominate in those markets as well as we already do in Italy.

For our new office in Vienna we are therefore looking for people who get excited at the prospect of building a huge company that will greatly affect the lives of millions.

Your job

  • You will lead by example and be the best Sales Consultant in the team
  • You will provide solutions for each customer in order to improve their performance in our marketplace
  • You will work creatively towards commercial objectives by implementing diversified sales strategies
  • You will create a Sales plan and display the revenue of the day/month/year
  • You will work very close with your team members, motivate and coach them in daily meetings
  • You will select the best candidates to do so and train them

About you:

  • You feel inspired by the fast-paced work environment of startups and its rapid growth potential
  • You have excellent communication skills and are open minded
  • You have experience in the tele-selling area and are the best one of your current team
  • You have 1 – 3 years of experience
  • You are a German mother tongue (a good level of English is also required as we are an international company)

About Your Team

We are convinced that we can only master our challenges with a functioning team – the founding team previously held management positions at Rocket InternetMcKinsey and Zalando. In Vienna, your colleagues gained experience at Amazon, Flixbus, and MrsSporty.
In our office in the heart of Vienna, around 10 employees make up our young, dynamic and international team. And when we’re not building the biggest marketplace for services in Europe, we like to go out for a beer or enjoy a meal together after work.

Your job

You will work on an ambitious project and create scalable and predictable growth. We are a classic marketplace with supply and demand – if we grow, it’s thanks to you – because growth is your responsibility. Your tasks:

  • You define KPIs, plan strategies and write regular reports.
  • You regularly manage and try out new channels (performance marketing, email marketing, SEO)
  • Negotiate new partnerships and be responsible for impact and ROI
  • You optimize ProntoPro’s performance: Whether through automation, CRO or A/B Tests

About you:

You’re a self-starter and want to build something from 0 to 1(00)? Your friends describe you as smart and curious but you’re humble enough to know what you don’t know? Welcome to the club! 😉

  • You are data-driven with a bias for action – you use your analytical skills for actions and results
  • You are itching for real responsibility: your work makes the difference (in good and bad)
  • Ideally, you have 1-2 years experience in a high-growth environment (>15% month over month)
  • You have a technical or quantitative background (computer science, engineering, statistics, economics) or are interested in technical skills (SQL, Python, JavaScript or Google Sheets)
  • You go through walls to make things happen

Dein Job

Du wirst an einem ambitionierten Projekt arbeiten und monatliches Umsatzwachstum von 20% Monat über Monat gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team generieren. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du wirst von Tag 1 an lernen wie Sales Strategien angewandt und wie Neue erstellt werden, sowohl für den Bereich New Business so wie Key Account Management
  • Du wirst täglichen Kontakt zu unseren Professionals via Telefon oder Face to Face haben (B2B)
  • Du stellst den Erstkontakt zu unseren Klienten her, begeisterst Sie von ProntoPro und unterstützt sie dabei unsere Plattform erfolgreich zu nutzen
  • Du bist DER Ansprechpartner für unsere Professionals
  • Du wirst neue Sales Strategien mitentwickeln und umsetzen
