As our new Sales Manager in Italy you will accelerate our growth in Italy, working with our global teams to win major accounts. This position is focusing primarily on customers in Italy and will be supported by our back-office in Berlin. We are looking for a driven individual who possesses exceptional sales talent with an understanding of additive manufacturing. What you’ll be working on 

• Serve as the primary sales contact for Spanish customers cultivating established contacts and working with new prospects
• Develop our sales pipeline and processes optimizing for growth, profitability, and customer success
• Capture and close opportunities helping the business to meet revenue and growth objectives
• Manage and employ sales and marketing tools including our CRM and outbound marketing toolkit
• Engage customers both remotely and onsite through structures visits to customer hubs, events, and use of customer engagement and digital marketing tools

What you should bring to the table

• Success in selling enterprise software or 3D printing solutions or experience in production automation, PLM or ERP
• Experience with high-growth products and entrepreneurial cultures
• Great project management skills with the ability to define clear and comprehensive project steps and timelines
• Clear communication is one of your strengths with strong or native English language skills
