As our Financial Director you will be responsible for the financial management of the company, advising the management team on strategic decisions, reporting to investors and managing the administrative team.

What you’ll be working on 

  • Advise management on strategic decisions
  • Report monthly to our investors
  • Manage our administrative team (office management, legal and financial responsibilities)
  • Coordinate our legal expansion to the USA
  • Prepare proposals to external entities

What you should bring to the table

  • Native German speaker
  • 3 years of experience in Financial management
  • Good communication skills in verbal & written form
  • Fluent English

As our Human Resources Director you will be responsible for the strategic people management of the company, advising the management team on internal HR policies, overseeing recruitment and developing the employee experience and internal culture.

What you’ll be working on 

  • Advise management on strategic decisions
  • Define strategy for recruitment
  • Define internal programs such as benefits, rewards and recognition among others
  • Be the internal contact point for employees
  • Develop internal training for employees and managers
  • Develop and implement culture management initiatives and programs
  • Oversee the accurate management of employees’ data in our company
  • Report on People Management metrics (turnover, application to hire ratio, employee satisfaction, average life time of employee, etc) and implement strategies accordingly
  • Ensure the collection and analysis of information from quarter performances
  • Organize the agenda and support logistic organization of company events with management

What you should bring to the table

  • Native German speaker
  • 3 years of experience in People Management
  • Understanding and experience in recruitment practices
  • Understanding and experience in strategic People Management
  • Understanding and experience in culture management & people development
  • Good communication skills in verbal & written form

As our new Junior Project Manager for Sales in Berlin you will be supporting our experienced sales team over the sales process, developing your management, strategic and sales skills along the way.

  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Build strong, automated reports to be used for management briefings

  • Management des équipes techniques lors des déploiements des offres
  • Participation à la stratégie produit sur la zone francophone avec l’appui du siège
  • Définition et suivi du plan de communication / évènementiel avec le support du siège

Profil recherché:

    • Français et anglais courants
    • Niveau Bac +4 ou Bac +5, université, Ecole de Commerce ou d’ingénieur
    • Une affinité particulière pour les nouvelles technologies et l’industrie
    • Esprit entrepreneurial et proactif
    • Capacité de gérer des projets avec des clients de haut niveau
    • Excellentes capacités de communication
